Urban Accessories warranties the items listed above for a period of one (1) year from the Date of Substantial Completion-(Begins One Week After Shipment). This warranty does not apply to vandalism abuse, or abnormal use. Warranty claims not accompanied by signed letter of explanation and photographs will be considered invalid. We accept no responsibility for design of the project or installation of the materials delivered. Any defects in project design or installation of materials voids any and all warranties, expressed or implied, except warranty of title. If materials are powder coated, please refer to UA technical sheet “Standard Powder Coat Specifications” for details regarding the warranty of the powder coat. We shall have no liability for acts of God, fire, flood, war, labor disputes, shortage or failure of supply or materials, interruption or delay in transportation, accident or any other circumstances of like nature beyond our control. The Bill of Lading evidencing your shipment is proof to you that your order shipped from our facility in good condition. Any damage claim should be between you and the carrier and must be processed within forty-eight hours of receipt.
